Is ziplining allowed after a rum tasting?

Yes. The tasting is light (about one ounce total). Guests do not operate braking systems or machinery; certified guides handle all equipment. Participation requires following instructions and behaving responsibly.

Can non-drinkers still do the zipline?

Absolutely — join the distillery experience without sampling, enjoy a gelato, and still do the zipline.

Do I need to book the zipline in advance?

The tour includes the zipline reservation.

What if the weather changes?

We booked a very last minute tour which they were so gracious and accommodating and was able to work out a private tour for our family.
