Most people wear active clothes with swimwear underneath. Some of our guests prefer to change into swimwear.
Most importantly if you are ziplining or doing other activities at Coral Crater, you must wear closed toed shoes.

Hawaii is seasonal. In the Summer season, you might need to book 1 month in advance. The same is true during the holidays and Spring Break.
The smartest thing to do is to book it in advance and if your plans change, cancel with 24 hours hours notice. You can cancel or rebook online.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24+ hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows or late arrivals who miss the ride will be charged the full price.

We operate rain or shine. Ziplines are often more fun in the rain. ATVs sometimes gets cancelled if the trails are flooded. If an attraction we visit closes due to weather, we may cancel depending on the activity and how much time is spent there. If the rain makes it too dangerous to drive, the tour will be cancelled.

Malama Tours is a tour and transportation company, but we have created tours in which you can drive yourself if you prefer. If you want to drive yourself, we offer a Polaris Slingshot Rental for a more exciting drive.
You can also do a ride share, like uber if you want, but the transportation add-on price is usually better than a ride share.
Keep in mind that if you arrive late on a ride share or self-drive, you are responsible and might miss a non-refundable activity. If our transportation runs late, we will adjust the tour to make sure you don’t miss anything.

We pick up in many locations. When you are making a reservation, choose your hotel and we’ll give you the nearest pick-up locations and specific pick-up times.

There are parking lots on each end of Waikiki where you can park while you are on the tour. Or contact us and we might be able to give you a good suggestion.

Yes. The activities have a passenger-only rate.

For activities at Coral Crater the minimum age is 6. The waterpark does not have a minimum age. All activities list the minimum age requirements before you book.
