**The national park does not allow guests on a commercial tour to arrive on other transportation. For that reason, all guests must join the tour from the pick-up locations in Waikiki

- Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your tour and contact us 5 minutes after your specific pick-up time if you have not yet met your driver. Please be on time. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
- Security restrictions at Pearl Harbor will be enforced. Please do not bring large bags or anything that could offer concealment. No iPad cases and clutch wallets allowed. Wallet must be the size of a regular size cell phone. Storage is available at Pearl Harbor for $6.00 per bag. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.

- Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial and swimsuits are not permitted.
